Dana Guthrie writes the Fashion Diaries blog for the Houston Chronicle. She often posts slide shows of pictures with her thoughts on fashion trends. She has recently done posts reviewing fashion this year and her thoughts on the outfits. She also writes another blog called "Mom Houston" which is more personal and can relate to other mothers. 

Sharon Chapman is one of the Austin American-Statesman's entertainment editors she writes for a blog called Pet Friendly which discuses unique pet holidays and adoption events in nearby cities. There are some pet related stories as well.
