Sarah Anderson, a 22 year old Harvard Law student, was driving down to North Carolina to visit family during the holidays. Unfortunately, an intoxicated driver going the wrong way crashed into her car at 60 mph. Anderson's spine was severely injured with doctors doubting whether she would ever be able to walk anymore.
Days before the accident, Anderson had just received an internship at one of the most prestigious law firms. Along with this, Anderson was planning a summer wedding with her fiancee David Miller. Life for her seemed almost too perfect since everything seemed to be going her way.
Fast forward to six months after the accident, Anderson has a piling heap of medical bills to pay and months of intensive physical therapy behind her. Overcoming the odds, Anderson shocked doctors when she re-learned how to walk. The accident has changed her perspective on life and taught her to live in the moment. Anderson recently dropped out of Harvard Law and is pursuing her dreams in life by opening up her own bakery.
